I started as a boat washer, then gradually moved up to winterizing and spring prepping many different types of watercraft. Then I was was moved up to managing the parts and sales department.
Today I own the business, which means a lot of paper work and scheduling. But most importantly I get to meet and assist our customers, which is the best part of my job.
I work primarily in the office, answering phone, filling out paperwork and assisting customers. My job responsibilities also include pick up and delivery; putting on lift tops and taking them off. I also do boat detailing.
Being the CSR is the best part of my job. I am a people person. Dealing with costumer complaints and being able to correct the problem and bring a smile back to our costumer faces is awesome. I also like it when our costumers give me a complement on our service or one of our employee’s. Then I get to go and let that person know that they got a good complement. Which always brings a smile to them as all the people that work here take great pride in the job that they do . So thanks to all of you!
My specialties are OMC and Mercury Cruisers. Some of my other duties include helping costumers find the problem and figure what parts are needed. I also gas up boats, deliver and pick up boats, along with putting the lift tarps on and off.
